I'm a person who can walk into a room and immediately feel what nobody's saying.
For decades, that sensitivity made me an exceptional marketer — the strategist who could sense what an audience needed, the copywriter who could find the emotional pulse of a brand, the teammate who always knew the right story to tell. But for a long time, I didn't see it as a gift. It showed up for me as overthinking, overfeeling, and a nervous system that couldn't stop spinning.
Everything changed when I stopped fighting my sensitivity and started building with it.
Today, my work lives in two spaces: The Energy Xchange podcast, where I help deep feelers and quiet leaders trust themselves and find their voice, and my marketing practice, where I bring that same empathic depth to content strategy, brand messaging, and storytelling for businesses.
